Linen Return

Deposit/Payment

  1. Do you require a deposit?

    We require a deposit to secure your date.  The deposit is $50 if renting chair covers and $100 if renting tablecloths.

  2. What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept credit cards via paypal, check/money order, and cash. 

    If paying by check, full payment must be received at least 7 days before the event date or services will not be provided.

Set-up and Pick-up

  1. Do you set-up and pick-up the linens?

    We can set them up for an additional fee. You may also pick them up from us and return them the day after your wedding/event.

  2. Where are you located if we pick them up?

    We are located in Hamilton, Ohio.

    If set-up services are not provided by Kreative Dezines, YOU MUST PICK UP THE LINENS FROM OUR LOCATION IN HAMILTON and RETURN THEM TO OUR LOCATION IN HAMILTON.  *** NO EXCEPTIONS ***

    You may pick up the day before your event and the linens are due back within 24 hours of the end of your event.

  3. Where will you travel to?

    We are located in the Hamilton, Ohio area. Just north of Cincinnati! If your event is within ONE HOUR driving time from us, we will set-up. We WILL NOT pick up any event that we did not setup.

Colors

  1. What colors are available for the sashes, overlays, and runners?

    If you are looking for a special print/fabric, let us know and we'll try to help! Please see the color samples page for any certain color you may be looking for.

Discounts

  1. Do you offer a pay up front/in full discount?

    Yes, we do! We will discount your order 5% for payment at time of accepting the quote and with the returned deposit. This 5% will be given in additon to any special offer we may be running at the time. Great way to save! (Must be more than 30 days from your event date to qualify for this discount.)

Linen Return

  1. How do we return the linens to you?

    Gargabe bags are fine! If I have linen bags available, I will supply you with those to return linens in.  IF YOU RENT TABLECLOTHS FROM US, you MUST shake out the tablecloths before they are returned to us. If you return the linens with food, napkins, etc rolled up in them, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.

    Linens must be returned to our Hamilton, OH location if you pick up/set up no later than 24 hours after your event.

    CANDLE WAX- Small drips of candle wax are expected. If you return the tablecloths with spots of candle wax other than small drips, $10 per tablecloth will be deducted from your deposit for cleaning.
